We all have stories about everything. It's part of being human. We especially have stories about ourselves, and they make up our self-image.
Sometimes we repeat things we were told about ourselves as children, or something we discovered about ourselves long ago... we are fast, or pretty, or strong, or smart, or funny. We like tomatoes and don't like cantaloupe... etc.
These stories get repeated so often, we accept them as true and enduring. Yet, as we know from doing Feldi lessons, we are changing in every moment. Every cell inside us is moving, working and eventually, gets replaced. The true enduring characteristic is that we change!
So who are you right now?

Well, I've found the best way to find out is to ask the question while letting go of the stories I think I know, and then quietly, patiently, humbly, and non-judgementally LISTENING to see if those stories are still true, useful and accurate.
[Listening is the key skill here people]
Often what reveals itself is a surprisingly updated story and self-image that become fundamental to how you move, think, and choose to show up in life!
