Like river water, life flows and eddies, creating distinct happenings in an instant, and then flowing on again into a connected string of ever-changing moments... which inspired the lesson theme "Connections," where we focus on something distinct and explore how it connects with everything else. Here we start with our foundation (feet) and connect upward.

This workshop typically costs $90 but to make this available to the widest possible audience, I am offering all my teachings by donation (with a minimum). As you think about what to give, I suggest paying as much as you can without feeling regret or resentment.
