Individual One-on-one lessons

I am fully vaccinated and am now seeing clients in person again in Cazenovia, NY, or alternatively, we can meet virtually via Zoom. 

Each lesson is tailored to your specific needs, whether it’s recovering from injury, or improving something specific, or simply finding an embodied ease in everyday activities, like walking, sitting or reaching.

You can choose a 5 or 10 pack of private lessons, which technically are called Functional Integration. Lessons are done fully clothed and last about an hour.
